Knights Templar Foundation Incorporated is a Christian charity established to deliver practical charitable works with courage, compassion, and accountability.

Inspired by enduring Christian values of faith, service, stewardship, and honour, the Foundation exists to respond to real human need through lawful, disciplined, and mission-focused ministry.

The objects of the Foundation are —

(a) The Foundation is not organized for profit and no part of the net earnings of the Foundation shall inure to the benefit of any private member or individual.

The Foundation shall not attempt to influence legislation and shall not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.

The Foundation, fully integrated into its primitive spirit, based on ethical rules that govern its relations, aims today to defend the liberties acquired to promote the practice of Christian works of mercy, beneficence and charity, and to perpetuate the noble traditions of chivalry.

(b) Knights Templar Foundation is to support and safeguard the helpless and do no wrong, support Christian fellowships, ministries, outreach, churches, and parishes by providing benevolence, security protocols, training, and education.

(c) The Foundation is a cultural and humanitarian non-profit organization and not an association, a commercial company or club. The existence of the Foundation is not intended for the personal enrichment of any member of the Foundation. Any attempt at personal enrichment in the name of and under the white mantle of the Foundation, at the expense of other members of the Foundation will be considered as Simony and will entail exclusion from the Foundation.

(d) The Foundation also exists for the financial management of the proceeds from the Order of the Temple of Jerusalem of Australia (Ordre du Temple de Jérusalem) - OTJ for benevolent and charitable causes.

(e) To encourage all that makes for the spiritual and moral strengthening of humankind in accordance with the first great principle of the Order embodied in its motto:

“Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory.”
